LATE ARRIVALS, NO-SHOWS, AND CANCELLATIONS  

LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE GIVEN A 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH THE APPOINTMENT MAY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED. FAILURE TO SHOW UP OR CANCEL WITHOUT NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE FOR THE FULL SERVICE.

RETURNS WILL BE GLADLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND OR FOR DAMAGED CLOTHING DUE TO SALON SERVICES. DRAPES ARE PROVIDED FOR THAT REASON.

ADJUSTMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF SERVICE AND SCHEDULED WITH THE SAME STYLIST. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE A COMPLETE CHANGE OF COLOR OR STYLE.

DUE TO HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS AND LIMITED SPACE, CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SALON UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING A SERVICE. WE VALUE YOU AND ARE SINCERELY THANKFUL FOR YOUR COOPERATION AND UNDERSTANDING.
